Beef Cattle


  At Autumn's Harvest Farm we raise Murray Grays and British White cattle.  Our cattle are intensively rotated to clean pasture daily and are given organic Icelandic sea kelp as a supplement which provides them with minerals and vitamins.  All of the cattle on our farm are truly pasture raised.  Eating grass, legumes and herbs is the natural way for cattle. Raising cattle on pasture creates a truly superior eating experience. Meat from truly pastured raised cattle has less total fat, less saturated fat, less cholesterol and fewer calories. It has more vitamin A, more vitamin E, more beta-carotene and even more importantly, has two health-promoting fats called omega-3 fatty acids and "conjugated linoleic acid," or CLA.
